Make it make sense
Useful pattern
The key pattern is '어디에서 찾을 수 있어요?' which means 'Where can I pick it up?' Here, 어디에서 means 'where' (at), and 찾을 수 있어요 literally means 'can find/pick up'. You can replace 어디에서 with other question words: 언제 (when) → 언제 찾을 수 있어요? (When can I pick it up?), 어떻게 (how) → 어떻게 찾을 수 있어요? (How can I pick it up?). The verb 찾다 is used for picking up items, not for picking up people (use 데리다 for people). For hours, use '몇 시부터 몇 시까지' (from what time to what time). Example: 택배를 몇 시부터 몇 시까지 찾을 수 있어요? (From what time to what time can I pick up the package?)
When to use it
Use these phrases when you receive a delivery notification but the package is not at your door. In Korea, packages are often left at convenience stores (편의점) or post offices (우체국). If you go to the pickup location, ask '택배 어디에서 찾아요?' to find the exact spot. If you need to know hours, ask '몇 시부터 몇 시까지 찾을 수 있어요?' The answer might be '9시부터 6시까지예요' (It's from 9 to 6). If you need to confirm if it's there, ask '제 택배가 여기 있어요?' (Is my package here?). Always use polite -요 endings with staff.
Listen to each line, then take one part and reply out loud.
안녕하세요, 택배를 찾으러 왔어요.

In Korea, package pickup is often at convenience stores or unmanned lockers. Staff may ask for your tracking number (운송장 번호) or ID. Using polite language (-요) is standard. If you're unsure, you can say '죄송하지만 다시 한 번 말씀해 주시겠어요?' (Sorry, could you say that again?).
One thing to watch for
Using 찾다 for picking up a person, e.g., '친구를 찾으러 왔어요' to mean 'I came to pick up my friend.'
Try this instead: 찾다 means to find or pick up an object. For people, use 데리다: '친구를 데리러 왔어요' (I came to pick up my friend). For packages, 찾다 is correct: '택배를 찾으러 왔어요'.
