To express frequency, use 经常 (often), 每天 (every day), or 花时间 (spend time). For example: 我经常运动 (I often exercise), 我每天打游戏 (I play games every day), 我花几个小时看书 (I spend hours reading). Combine them: 我迷上了摄影，经常花几个小时拍照 (I'm into photography, and I often spend hours taking photos).
When to use it
Use 喜欢 for a general like, 迷上 for a strong, often new passion, and 对...感兴趣 for a polite, slightly formal way to say you're interested. Use 经常 or 每天 to say how often you do something. In Mandarin, expressing enthusiasm often involves using 很 (very) before adjectives, like 很感兴趣. Also, 迷上 implies a strong, almost obsessive interest, so use it with friends or in casual conversation. When asking about frequency, 多久...一次 is neutral and polite. Avoid directly translating 'I'm into' as 我在...里, which is not idiomatic. Instead, use the patterns above.
One thing to watch for
Saying 我是感兴趣摄影 instead of 我对摄影感兴趣.
Try this instead: The correct pattern is 对 + noun + 感兴趣. For example: 我对摄影感兴趣 (I'm interested in photography). Do not use 是 before 感兴趣.
