Both ask about the same thing: whether breakfast comes with the room. In a hotel scene, the guest asks and the staff member answers. A polite opening is «你好，请问早餐包括在内吗？», which means "Hello, may I ask, is breakfast included?" The reply «是的，含早餐。» means "Yes, breakfast is included." Notice the roles: the guest asks the question, and the staff member gives the yes answer. When you practice, keep that order: question first, answer second.
Asking about breakfast times
After you know breakfast is included, ask about the time. «早餐几点开始？» means "What time does breakfast start?" The answer «早上七点到十点。» means "From 7 to 10 in the morning." That reply gives a start time and an end time. If you want to ask only about the end, use «早餐几点结束？», which means "What time does breakfast end?" In the recorded exchange, «早餐几点开始？» repeats the start-time question, and «早上七点到十点。» answers it. Keep the same order when you switch roles: the question comes first, then the reply. Do not begin with the time answer before the question has been asked.
