Use に before the hobby. ハマっています literally means 'I'm hooked on', showing strong enthusiasm.

何時間も means 'many hours'. 費やします is a polite verb meaning 'spend' (time/money). Note that 費やします takes に for the activity: ゲームに時間を費やします.

Shū ni sankai kurai jogingu shimasu.
週に〜回 means '~ times a week'. くらい softens the number, meaning 'about'.
音楽を聴くのに毎日二時間使います。
I spend two hours every day listening to music.
Ongaku o kiku no ni mainichi nijikan tsukaimasu.
〜のに使います means 'spend (time) on doing ~'. 毎日 means 'every day'. 使います is a general verb for 'use/spend'; 費やします is more formal and emphasizes consuming time or money.

To express enthusiasm for a hobby, use [hobby] + にハマっています. For example, 「読書にハマっています」 means 'I'm into reading.' To express frequency or duration, use [number] + 時間も + [verb] for 'spend many hours doing'. Example: 「ゲームに三時間も費やします」 (I spend as many as three hours gaming). The particle も after the number emphasizes 'as many as'. You can also use 週に〜回 for '~ times a week': 「週に二回テニスをします」 (I play tennis twice a week).
When to use it
Use ハマっています when you want to show you are really into something, not just casually interested. It's stronger than 好きです. Use 何時間も when you want to emphasize a large amount of time. For example, 「本を読むのに毎日三時間も使います」 (I spend as many as three hours every day reading). When asking follow-up questions, use 「どのくらいの頻度で？」 for frequency, and 「それはいつから？」 for 'since when?' These keep the conversation flowing naturally.

In Japanese conversation, showing enthusiasm with ハマっています is common among friends and acquaintances. However, in formal situations, it's better to use 好きです or 楽しんでいます. Also, when talking about frequency, Japanese people often use くらい to avoid sounding too exact, which can seem boastful. For example, 「週に三回くらい」 is softer than 「週に三回」.
One thing to watch for
Using を instead of に with ハマる, e.g., 「写真をハマっています」.
Try this instead: The correct particle is に: 「写真にハマっています」. ハマる is an intransitive verb that takes に to indicate what one is hooked on. 費やす, by contrast, is transitive: the activity is marked with に and the time or money spent is marked with を, as in 「ゲームに時間を費やす」.
