Useful pattern
To describe a status, use 显示 + status: 显示待取件 (shows awaiting pickup), 显示已签收 (shows delivered). To say something has not happened yet, use 还没 + verb: 还没更新 (not updated yet), 还没到 (hasn't arrived yet). To ask a yes/no question, use 是不是 + situation: 是不是漏发了？(was it missed?), 是不是地址错了？(is the address wrong?). To make a polite request, use 能帮我 + verb + 一下吗？: 能帮我查一下吗？(can you check for me?), 能帮我问一下吗？(can you ask for me?). These patterns let you report the problem and ask for help without complex grammar.
When to use it
Use 物流信息还没更新 when you first notice no movement. If the status says 待取件 but you have no notification, say 上面显示待取件，但是我没收到通知. When staff say they will look, you can add 是不是漏发了？ to ask if it was missed. If you need them to actively check, say 能帮我查一下吗？ and then 麻烦您看一下这个单号. Keep your tone calm and polite; use 您 instead of 你 for respect. At a pickup counter, show your phone screen and point to the status while saying 显示待取件. On the phone, read the tracking number slowly after 麻烦您看一下这个单号.

In mainland China, customer service interactions are usually polite but direct. Using 您 instead of 你 shows respect. 麻烦您 is a softener that makes requests sound less demanding. When asking 是不是漏发了, keep your tone calm; it is a genuine question, not an accusation. Staff may use 催一下 (urge/chase) to mean they will push the warehouse. Avoid raising your voice; a polite 能帮我查一下吗 is more effective. If you are at a pickup point, showing your phone screen with the status helps.
One thing to watch for
Saying 我的物流信息没更新了 to mean 'hasn't updated yet'.
Try this instead: Use 还没更新 for 'hasn't updated yet'. 没更新了 can imply it stopped updating and won't again. Correct: 我的物流信息还没更新。 (My tracking info hasn't updated yet.)
