Build a small ticket-buying script before you speak

I keep mixing up einfach and hin und zurück. How can I practise the difference?
Say Einfach, bitte while holding up one finger, then say Hin und zurück, bitte while moving your hand forward and back. Repeat the pair five times with a real destination, such as Einfach nach Berlin, bitte and Hin und zurück nach Berlin, bitte. The physical gesture helps you connect the phrase to the meaning before you need it at a counter.
